A great organization chartered in 1949, these wonderful people help meet the challenges of today's society.  Tackling tough problems like blindness, druse abuse prevention, and diabetes awareness are just some of the projects they undertake, with a smile!  Because they help coordinate blood drives, and serve a fundraising breakfast the 1st Sunday of every month between the months of Oct. and Apr. at the Se-Wy-Co Fire Hall on Rt#378, our support for their organization would be greatly appreciated. I first met Brian on Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 13th...the day before Valentine's Day....my loss, considering that he and his wife, Deborah have owned their chocolate store for 2 years at their present location of 17 E. Third St., in Bethlehem.  The good news is, they're moving across the street, I believe sometime in June of '07.  Do yourself a favor.  Stop in, and bring great homemade chocolate to your family and friends. Their mom & pop store deserves our support, for they are the essence of what helps to make our city of Bethlehem a great place to work and live.  JB
